Normally xanax doesnt make me drowsy or tired at all, but I found out if I am really tired and take my xanax this is a bad idea, especially if Im working my shift when I did this today. Ahh I didn't realise that it would drag me down. I cant wait to take a nap after my 7-3 shift!

sometimes when I need to take Xanax at work, I will start with a partial dose. I start with 1/4 and add 1/4 at a time, after giving that first 1/4 about 15 minutes to have some effect on me. I too do not want to get sleepy at work.
