I dont know if anyone cares but after my last post on diet pills I started taking HYDROXCUT CAFFEIN-FREE diet pills and am very suppised by them . They dont have a caffein like side effect I wont even know that im taking them if it wasnt for the fact that im not hungey .Its been a week and I went from eating 3 meals a day and plenty of snack in between to two very very small meals and a normal dinner and no snacks and its been easy,WoW

Hopefully you are taking Hydroxycut after talking to your health care provider.
It's a good idea to get into the habit of a good diet now. Once you stop taking the Hydroxycut it will be very easy to gain that weight back. I'm sorry but that is the truth! Hydroxycut works just like many popular diets in that it targets water weight. Which is easy to loose and gain.

That may be true . But its my eating habits that have gotten bad and meds, make you eat more and more If they can help me control my bad eating habits then all I wont .
