can antidepressant cause some kind of sexual disrder?

it depends on what kind of anti-depressants. A side effect of most Anti-depressants can be sexual dysfunction. If you have a specific medication in mind I can be more helpful.

yup.....all the SSRI's do...........you wont be able to ejaculate if your a guy....Zoloft is the worst.........

I vote prozac as the worse...it gave me major sexual issues. I had one psychiatrist tell me that maybe having an orgasm was not that important and I should stay on prozac...evidently her sex life was not that exciting if she thought going without was an acceptable idea. Not all the meds will cause sexual problems for all people. If one med causes problems, try switching to another.

Any antidepressant that effects Seratonin can have sexual side-effects.

If this is a problem you could consider discussing it with your doctor. Wellbutrin has less of these side effects, but may or may not work for what you need it for.

yep im on prozac to and ive no desire for sex what so ever,

I am on Prozac and I only desire sex when I am manic, which isn't too often. I also cannot acheive orgasm.
I won't change my meds though, I'm on the best combo ever for my moods.
