gawd this stuff... much as it is helping the panic attacks, i have to be so careful when i take it - at least 2 hours after dinner, and no later than 8pm - or i don't get any sleep by night and am a zombie by day. if i have an empty stomach i get a bad stomach ache. if i eat too much or too close to taking it, i am sooooooooooo sick and feel like i'll lose everything i ate. naturally, the past 2 nights i took it too late... kiya zombie at your service - that is, if i can keep my eyes open long enough.

Have the same problem with Luvox, its suppose to make you drowzy, so you have to take it at night. But I don't get any sleep if I do, so switched to the morning(still don't sleep brilliantly), Nausea was helped by munching dry breakfast cereal. Am still a but am a bit Zombie-fied during the day, not sure if its from the meds or not sleeping very well. Am going to start taking sleeping tabs tonight and see if that helps, Pdoc says the OTC ones are fine.
