Not really sure, but one of these meds has me tripping. My anger/agitation is off the charts as of recently. I can't control it either! Believe me, i try really f'n hard too! The point is, its destroying the relationship with my fiancé. I need some advice. Also, have any of you guys experienced this on either of these meds? Im really scratching my head as what i need to do... besides the obvious. Thx in advance!

Hi, Lodi Dodi Sparky, and welcome to Psych Central! I took Pristiq briefly. Isn't Latuda sort of an antidepressant, too? (My head hurts, so I can't think too clearly at the moment.)

I suggest you talk to the professional who prescribed these drugs. I think this combo could be problematic. Goodness, I'm sorry it's possibly causing difficulties in your relationship. Have you suggested that to him?

Hey, another Tar Heel! Welcome aboard!
Thanks for this!

Actually Latuda is not an antidepressant, its in another league. A new class of atypicals. Pristiq has actually worked amazingly well for my depression tbh. However, it too has side effects I particularly do NOT care for! Ah...Sleep, how I miss it since starting pristiq. And Yeah, Tarheels fo sho! NC representin, Cmon and Raise Up!

Go, Tar Heels! (I'm a Duke grad. What am I saying?! )

Are you seeing a therapist? That sure helps me with mood issues. (Any not caused by meds, I guess.)
