Hello.. I am new to this board.

I have been on Wellbutrin for about 10 days now. I am still shaking a lot, and foggy in the head. But here is my main concern.

I br**stfeed my toddler. Today, I noticed that she was twitching and jerking in her sleep. Could this be from the meds?

For reference, I take 60mg Paxil and 30 mg Temazepam in addition to 300 mg. of Wellbutrin

Thanks

Obsids

call your pharmacist as soon as possible and learn more. My pharmacist is great to me. Good luck. And welcome to the boards. I am also on wellbutrin and nursed for about 10 years of my life. Before these kinds of meds though.

According to medical studies published in Medline, there is no detectable Paxil (paroxetine) passed in maternal breastmilk, about 5% of temazepam dose (adjusted for body weight), and 2% or less of Wellbutrin (bupropion). The latter two are not considered to be capable of producing any sort of drug effect, as the dose is so small.

I could give you the references, if you'd like to see them.

Thank you. I have an appointment with my doc on Tuesday, and I hope he can either adjust my doseage or find a different one. I can't stand the constant tremor thing.
