I just went through a bout of lithium toxicity one week ago today. Since the day it happened, I have had this burning in my chest (usually front but sometimes front and back) which has caused me panic attacks. The first few days it was almost constant and now it seems to come and go and I originally assumed it was just panic but am now wondering if something else may be wrong as sometimes I get this burning with no panic. Just curious if anyone has heard of this or knows of any residual cardiovascular issues? If it matters, the toxicity was close to 2.0.
