Alertec is traditionally used for Narcolepsy. It can also be used for ppl who are on medication that makes them sleepy such as anti-depressants...etc.

i'm not sure if we have modafinil here in finland yet, but some ADHD folks have been excited about it. i guess basically all stimulants can be used to treat hypersomnia. =)
