Hi Rachie,
I have experienced nausea, headaches, brain fogginess on zoloft as well as fatigue and sometimes insomnia. These all seem to quiet down a few weeks into a dose adjustment.

Rachie,
The nausea is normal. It should ease up in a couple of weeks. In the meantime you can try changing the time you take your med or cut the dose in half and then ease up very gradually. That's what I had to do. Some people also take half of their dose in the morning and half at night. Good luck.
