okay. this is probably TMI, but I just started seroquel and I CANNOT orgasm to save my life. I could try for an hour and almost get there, but cant reach climax. Is this a side effect of the seroquel or whats going on.

It's fairly common with many drugs...either alone or in combination.
I don't think it's TMI. It's an issue that is seldom addressed but needs to be.

I never had that side effect on the Serequel. I did with every AD I tried though.

Thats what they say about must Meds. But ive been on seroquel for years and it dose the opposite for me . Lets just say its like vergara .In some ways it makes sex better you gat lite head off of the seroqurl so when you do climaxs its more of a rush. With any new med you have to give your body time to adjust and that side effect may go away. It did with me

That' happened to me on Celexa but not on Seroquel, which BTW, had lots of other side effects, but if you could before but can't now then that sure seems likely.
Seroquel affects lots of receptors in the brain:
SEROQUEL is an antagonist at multiple neurotransmitter receptors in the brain: serotonin 5HT1A and 5HT2 (IC50s=717 & 148nM respectively), dopamine D1 and D2 (IC50s=1268 & 329nM respectively), histamine H1 (IC50=30nM), and adrenergic ?1 and ?2 receptors (IC50s=94 & 271nM, respectively).
