I'm currently taking a much more hands on approach with my meds. I've
found a doctor I feel fairly comfortable with. She seems to be able to understand that I don't sign on to meds, or med changes very easy. I went in there today with my own plan of adjusting today. I was assertive, & got everything I asked for ![]() My combo has been showing signs of working but after scoring 111 on the sanity score I know there was still a need to tweek. After as long as I've fought medication she had to be shell shocked that I asked to increase ![]() Zoloft: Upped from 50 mg to 100mg. Adderall: 20 mg. Xanax: .5 mg Ambien: 10 mg. I'm not on any of the meds you're on, so I can't comment on your cocktail, but I wanted to say good for you for being assertive in your own care. I firmly believe that as patients we have to be informed and involved with our medication decisions (assuming we're not actively psychotic). I know I heavily research all meds before taking a new one.
It's great that you've found a Dr. that you can work with. --splitimage |
