My psyc wants me to go to the counselor that works with her
as she is setting up own practice- Psyc sees me every 4 weeks
and can't do therapy becausur she is so busy
I saw one recently who was good but she forgot to call insurance
compandy so I paid in cash-Insurance company said she should
have filed appeal for it-I dont know what do to-
I guess I should see the one in pscy office- pscy is very concerned

It would probably be very beneficial to see a therapist that is in the same office as your psychiatrist. If you give them permission, they can collaborate on your treatment and that will lead to better care. Good luck with your decision.

Sounds like it could work out for you with the T in our pdocs office - worth a try maybe? if it doesnt work out you could always call your old T - but hopefully it will work out for you

Sounds to me like you want to stay with the T that makes you calm. It's your choice. Therapy is hard enough you don't need to make it harder by working with someone you don't think is good and who is difficult to understand. Did your Psyc tell you why she wanted you to work with this other one?
