I am nervous about seeing my T in the morning. Last week was a very tough session and i walked out on her and she got me back I cried the whole session i feel so sahmeful to see her.

There's no shame in what you did. No guilt. Unless you did something that hurt her, you have no apologies to make and and no reason to bear shame.

it is okay to cry than to forced yourself not to cry. Is there anything wrong with your T? You must need to look for another T if that so. What is the reason for your crying?There is no reason for shameful remember that you call a T for making you better!

Thankyou i saw my t today she was ok with how i reacted and glad i did so she knows how to help me better. Today was another tough session i left my Grandpa six monthas ago and he is moving next week and so we spent most of the session how guilty i feel and ect. Grandpa abused me so i have so many mixed emotions.
