sorry..nevermind!!!

I panicked and deleted everything right after i posted it...

I told T something I regret now....I shoulda kept my mouth shut until I figured it out on my own first....

Sometimes it's the things we blurt out to our T that are the most important, don't you think? The idea of therapy is for your T to figure it out with you. You don't have to figure it out first. Are you ashamed of what you said? Worried about your T's opinion of you? Ts hear all kinds of stuff and don't shock easily.

I don't know you too well, so I don't know your issues. I hope you have a T who makes it safe to tell anything to. Whatever you posted and then deleted is probably important to share with your T, maybe a little at a time?

I hope you can accept that whatever you told your T is okay.
