You know I need help- I let others influence me
and I like the new one-high anxiety and she makes me calm
So - I need help and that is where her office is located

Hello Willowtree

I'm not sure where your question in your title ("How much do you tell?") fits in what you wrote. Can you say more?
With my T she says to talk about "anything and everything". I like that.
If you'd like to go every week, let her know you are thinking about that.
You feel so calm when you leave.. that is a good feeling.
Thanks for this!
