Can you email her or leave a message on her answering machine? Maybe it would help if you wrote her a letter with everything you want to tell her--about loving her, and about your feelings about termination. Then you can email it or show it to her at your session. It seems like you have a lot you want to tell her before you have to terminate therapy.

Sometimes it can help to write a note or email then not even give it to her. It just allows you chance to get this out of your system. And sometimes from just seeing it all written down you can come to some kind of realization on your own of why you are feeling or thinking the way you are. Sometimes that helps me.

![]() the last time, I waited half an hour for her to (not) call. I just posted "that won't happen again" but I erased it, because I know it will, some day. ![]() |

Writing down my feelings definitely seemed to help me. As hard as it is, it will likely be very helpful for you to discuss your feelings about your therapist and about termination with your therapist. Getting these things out in the open will be advantageous to processing all of this and eventually finding closure. I hope you are able to talk with your T soon.
