My T went on vacation for a week. That's ok. I can handle that, but then I was supposed to be away for two weeks, so she gave my session spots away. So it's 3 weeks without seeing her.
And I'm in rehab which is just overwhelming and I so need to talk to someone about the emotions it's dredging up, because it's pretty intense. And I don't want to burden my friends too much, plus some of it's pretty personal. Augh - I think I'm going to go out of my mind not having a session. I can e-mail her, but it's not the same. --splitimage |

Why not begin to share some of those pent up thoughts here? (Or in the forum of your choice.)
