I've been stressing this week, ever since I found out that I might have an unexpected business trip next week. It was almost definite yesterday that I'd have to fly out next Monday and miss my session with T, so I called T to explain - she called back within 2 hours and was very understanding and reassured me that we'd find a time to meet next week, before she goes on vacation for the rest of the month. Well, my boss told me this morning that he's decided to go on the trip in my place! I'm so happy! So now I can keep my regular T appointment. I called and left T a message, asking if I can uncancel my appt.

So not only did I get my regular session with T this week, but I've listened to her outgoing message twice when I called to leave her a message, and I've spoken with her on the phone once, and that has all made me feel a lot better. When I found out that I may not get to see T next week, before I knew I wouldn't have to go on the trip, I panicked - not see T for 5 weeks?!? But it worked out. And now I've realized that I think I'm getting attached to my T! So now I suppose I should tell her all this, right?

have been seeing pdoc about 4.5 years now, and i think i've only once admitted to maybe kind of liking him (just a very little bit).

i'll be damned if anyone can squeeze anything more out of me .

i'm glad you could get your session un-cancelled!
Thanks for this!

I'm sure he knows, deli. They can tell, you know. So you might as well just 'fess up!

If I can love my T, you can like/love/whatever your Pdoc....he sounds like an exceptional pdoc and a good person.

((((((deli))))))

LOL - but I think this is so true! Recently, I admitted to my T that she'd hurt my feelings about something she did, and then we got into a discussion about how I care what she thinks of me, and how I am trusting her more - she was beaming, I've never seen her so happy! She just sat there, smiling at me - it was a bit overwhelming, but I was glad that she was so happy about it all. So yeah, they know.
