T said yesterday that why i feel the world a threatning place yes is like this, once i held a snowball in my hand and it hurt so i threw it out and it melted into everything around me, but the individual flakes are each as painful as the original snowball and we need to get those bits back again...but she said that the reason the feelings feel so bad right now is because i'm more able to tolerate them...

T and I talked about this recently...now that I can feel more, there is more PAIN, as well as more joy/love/peace. I don't get to pick. I asked him if the pain would go away, and he said "I think it's called being human".

He said that so many people go through life without ever getting in touch with that real part of themselves....they just kind of skim the surface of life. And he said that's okay for them. And some of us are driven to go deeper for whatever reason, and it IS harder, and there IS more pain..but we're ALIVE.

to you.
Thanks for this!
