Then you may have to go to the ER if things get out of hand. Do what you have to do to stay safe.

((( CrystalRose ))) Do you have any close friends you can have come to you to help out until T gets back? What about email to T? Does T let you do that so you can just vent?

Can you say more about things that have gotten out of control?
Do you think it is related to T being away and some anxiousness about that?
Are you missing an appointment while T is away?
Sometimes knowing T is away---even when I don't miss a session during the time she is away--can make me feel unsettled.

How are you doing today?

Dont worry. We will try to support and help until your t returns. Dont do anything foolish. If you feel youself worsen...dont wait..act. Go to a hospital, or call your mom or a friend. If you dont have a pdoc, try to find one so you dont have to scronge the next time your t goes away. You will hopefully be established with that doc then and feel more comfortable. I hope your t returns soon. Stay strong

When I couldn't see my T for two weeks, I called counseling lines as needed. There is one available through my university and I found some other 1800 hotlines. They're a big help when seeing your T isn't an option. I actually got to know two people from one of the hotlines and they tell me to call them directly when I need help, so those two are my back-up T's.
