I have heard from other people that eventually they begin to want to do other things with the money they have spent on therapy. Not out of resistance to therapy nor some protest, but having reached a place I suspect where the bigger world becomes interesting.
Next week is my last session for the Easter break, one of my days is good friday, T offered me wednesday instead and other yrs I've always jumped at that sort of offer, this time I thought about the money I could use on enjoying something with hubby like renting a film and having a nice take away and decided to not take T's offer up. Part of me wondered will I regret this decision? but I dont think I will and am actually looking forward to doing something "Other" than therapy. |

I feel it's a good step towards focusing on real life and enjoying it! T will be there for your next session. For now, enjoy your time - and spending the money on something special!
