Well, my session today with T was WONDERFUL!!!
T wanted me to post here or journal what I shared with him in session.
It was funny because there was so much I wanted to share with my T about my trip to the Ocean for healing! I think I talked a mile a min today :-)

The awesome thing I learned was that I did not have to be in charge of things. I am just one life in the great ocean! I learned that waves will come and go and sometimes they hurt and sometimes they are fun. But life just IS. The harder I fought life, the harder it was to enjoy it.

Now I hope I can remember to rest and relax ontop of the waves... to just be natural and float.
Thanks for this!

susurration: a low, indistinct continuous whispering sound; a murmur

That's what I think of when I think of the sea/ocean. The waves breaking, very restful and calming. Wonderful insights WePow.

The ocean can be very magical in many ways. If I can't get to the beach I use a relaxation CD with the sounds of the ocean/waves. It really does the job when you don't have the real thing handy.
Nice Job WePow. I'm so happy for you.
Thanks for this!

Thank you all. I want to keep it in my heart and remember this. I wrote it out the way my T said to do. Had to go back to work today and everything felt different. It is as though nothing matters now. But not in a bad way. Not in a sad or depressed way. Just in a way that knows the waves come and go but the ocean remains. :-)

If you get in that water, though... scratchy, itchy, salty... when you come out...

thanks for sharing this. Yes, life just IS.
Just think how much more of life you will "see" when floating on the waves-- as compared to fighting and struggling in those waves.
It's wonderful you had some time off to get away and did such great inner work.

I believe the ocean is healing......wish I could see it more than once every five years or so

afterall, the human body is made of mostly water-- with a bit of salt added (and some other stuff too)

oh, I so long for the ocean...........................

best to you

Thanks, WePow. I love what you said about the ocean and the waves. I can picture them now--so beautiful. Life just IS. I like that very much.

fins, I long for the ocean too.....Close your eyes and we'll go there together! Smell the breeze? Hear the sounds of sea gulls and of the waves pounding against the shore? I can "see" the whiteness of them, and I can feel the soft, squishy sand under my toes. It's so calming......
Thanks for this!
