Three years ago today started my journey with my T. I have come so far in those 3 years and I look forward to my continuing progress.

For some reason I want to bring this up with my T and somehow acknowledge it and our time together. But i don't know what to say or how to bring it up. I'm one of those people who remember dates of things sentimental to me and think about them each year.

Happy Anniversary, T, and thank you for everything. Wouldn't want this journey with anyone else...

If you like to write, you could write your T a poem or list of the things you're grateful about in your therapy. Or make a collage or something like that. Or just a letter. Ts like when we tell them how much we appreciate them.

Happy Anniversary, krazibean

I did bring it up but scared myself by doing that. lol. As soon as I mentioned it and she asked what that means to me, I was overcome with fear that she would say "3 years is enough".

I hope you will mention it because it is meaningful to you
