My last session of the summer is tomorrow (for real this time since I go back to school Tuesday)...and I'm at a loss at how to go about it.

We still have some unfinished business from last time, and then there are a couple of related things that I'd like to bring up.

I definitely want to read her what I wrote about my OCD last week because I think it will explain a lot to her, and show her a part of me that I haven't previously been comfortable with.

I also want to talk to her about the future and if/when I'll see her and such.

And then there's school, and how I'm really not all that excited about going back.

So yeah...I think that I have 3 major things to talk about.

How can I get all of this packed into one last session? How do I even go about it?

Did you have your session yet? If not, didn't you say that maybe T could give you more time since it's your last session? Also, you talked about monthly sessions. I hope that's a possibility for you. Or phone sessions if you need them?

I hope it goes well for you! Last sessions are hard.

It's not until tonight. And yes, maybe I can have a little extra time as I'm her last appointment of the day.
