So I had my second to last T session today. I have my last one on Monday. I told her a lot of the things today that I had been thinking throughout T and how I had been feeling about being in T with her and about some of the times that I ended up feeling angry or hurt. I felt like it was a good session. I felt like she was really listening to me and that was good. I feel like I was able to share my feelings (especially the bad ones) so that I am able to have them off my conscious and they wont follow me around. This session has made me feel better about the T as a whole.
Thanks for this!

Awesome, googley! It's SO important to get closure on these things. Way to go for being so honest with T. When do you see your old T again?

Googley, that is REALLY good work Not only are you expressing your feelings and getting the closure that YOU need, but I bet it is very helpful for her to hear the feedback to help her improve in the future.

I am so proud of you

Thanks for this!

Yes it's perfectly okay to be excited to see T again!

I'm proud of how you spoke the truth to your current T. Then you can feel truly heard.
