I am feeling nervous about meeting my new case manager this Thursday. The old one move away and now i have a new case manager. I met the new case manager one but i am very nervous about meeting her. I am not sure how to open up to her. I always have trouble opening up to new people. My old case manager said she is very caring and very knowledgeable. I don't know where to begin to talk about my problem. I need some reassurance and some hug. :*(

Change is hard. But it will be okay. It is hard to open up to someone new. Don't feel like you have to open up all at one time. Take the time you need to feel comfortable.
Thanks for this!

Just remember you don't have to get to know her all at once, the first meeting! There will be time to get to know each other. Remember when you started a new grade in school and the first day, even the whole week would feel strange and a bit scary because you didn't know how that teacher worked yet? It's the same; you'll be working together with this case manager over time so will have the opportunity to get to know each other over time too.
