Well,
I had a session with my therapist and my husband. It went well but here, I want to say that it went particularly well for me.

I'd had several miscommunications with my therapist and he addressed those for me before we did much else. And we cleared up some things.

I went into the session steaming mad (at another situation), and my therapist probably saw the look on my face, and talked to me first (since my husband was there too).

All I can say is he was so nice and respectful. It was amazing - I don't get a whole lot of respect very often.

So anyway, this just turned out nice for me especially as regards therapy - it cleared up some of my concerns, gave me some strategies for the future, and also really increased my trust/respect for my therapist.

So - how nice! If this therapy works out, it will be the first time it ever has - and I've made a lot of attempts. That would really be nice.
Thanks for this!
