Could you confront her with it next time?
I remember a time my T said something that really upset me. I didn't acknowledge it then. But it bothered me until the next time I saw her - I asked her about it and stated....It kind'a threw her for a minute. She got quite. I think she had to think about it too. Don't know what she was thinking, but she didn't do it again.
