i'm about to go into session with my gloves up. really challenging my T. she hates it when i challenge her and I in turn hate it because of her reaction. I'm thinking about just letting it go...not saying anything...or maybe emailing it all to her later, just so i can have a good session today. I'll feel it out once I go in there, but I already know what i'm going to say. Please pray for me and T that we find the right words to express ourselves and find the peace to move on.

Presumably you get something out of challenging her (or you wouldn't do it) but maybe that can be gotten in some other way that both of you enjoy?

i'm glad its over. i realized i wasn't even sure what i wanted from her going in there. but she gave me a good analogy and some "homework" papers that are there to challenge my critical self when it comes to relationships. I see her again tonight and hopefully we will get back on track.
