I had a moment tonight when I realized it was the first time all day that I thought about the SA. I can't even tell you the last time that happened. Certainly not since I started processing it with T a year ago.

I think...maybe...this is a sign of healing? I am pretty excited to tell my T about it tomorrow!

Yay! yeah, i think it is a sign of healing. As time goes on you may find that those days become more and more frequent. I have many, many of those days now, and on the times when I do think about it it is more a part of my overall story and not something that causes distressing feelings. it will become that way for you too, hopefully. (In time!)

(((((Zoo)))) It can be a sign of healing for sure. Be sure to share with T and just allow the feelings to be what they are - when they are.

Zoo, yes sounds positive, its good when we begin to move forward and having something to compare how we feel now to how we once felt.

I shared this with my T today. She got tears in her eyes, again!

I didn't know she was so emotional. She does a good job of being neutral when she needs to I guess.
