Amazing, amazing.

For the last two days I was trying to convince myself to cancel but I knew very well it was because I didn't want to expose myself that much, to admit to the huge feelings of shame, sadness, and self hatred that had been building up. It was SO HARD to open my mouth and tell it out loud.... but with T's help I managed somehow and I am so glad... I don't know what might have happened if I had cancelled, if she hadn't held my head, as it were, while I vomited all of that stuff . But she handled everything so well. I am like

T gave me so much to think about.
We even looked at an old subject at a new angle and I was again; it's going to take me a quite while to work through what she showed me.

Not taking any bows for courage - I just went out of sheer need - but I guess the moral is: no matter how reasonable it seems to cancel, go - you never know what will happen.....
Thanks for this!

I'm sooooooooo glad you went, SAWE. It seems like the times we most want to cancel are the times we most need to go.

And courage? Yes! It takes SO much courage to go, and to be honest about such hard things. And you did it. THAT is courageous, my friend.
