Not sure where I fit in anymore since I'm not in T right now I feel weird posting here. But the trauma and psychosis forums trigger me a bit. So I'm like feeling all these weird things, and I really can't post.
I don't miss T all that much, I am not the "attached" type....but I miss having someone to help me talk and identify feelings. Been a little psychotic...I am medicated, so I have this thread of reality keeping me from diving into full blown psychosis. I guess that's good, but it feels wobbly and insecure...like I could detach at any moment.

Stupid post ... arg ... not sure what I am looking for in posting this. Just a place to write it I guess.

I don't know about "helping you talk and identify feelings"...I go to my therapist for that because I trust a professional only when it comes to mucking about with that.....BUT I can relate. How's that? The pyschosis stuff, that teetery feeling is really scary. Finding a good thread and reading posts helps me...you know, just hanging out.
Thanks for this!

We want you here Eileen! Find ways to mention T in every post and you won't get moved. The psychotherapy forum is like its own community, isn't it? Keep this thread of reality alive for yourself.. avoid triggers at this time, remove the psychosis forum from your view. If things get overwhelming and you're not doing okay, will you schedule an appt with your T, even though you're supposed to be on a break?

That sounds so lonely and uncomfortable, Eileen, I'm so sorry you are going through this patch. Do you have any local agencies or groups that can help?

yea...once I get thru surgery and start radiation there will be support for that...but not the mental stuff...the community supports aren't much where I am.

Yes, post here for support whenever you want. I'll miss you if you don't. I agree with Jexa. This forum is more than just about psychotherapy. It's about us getting to know and CARING for each other. I think it should be okay for someone who isn't in therapy ATM to still post, but I don't make up the rules.
Thanks for this!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
