I'm waiting for my T's email. She's probably still on the airplane, or else she's sleeping. I know she will email me as soon as she can.

I had some places I could have gone today, but I didn't want to. It's a dreary, cloudy, rainy day anyway.

Waiting is hard.

i bet it's hard, rainbow.. i'm sure i'm not the only one on here that's waiting to hear what your therapist has to say too!

any idea when she may be back? and is there anything you can do in the meantime to distract yourself?

(maybe watching the chilli pepper dance would help: )

Thanks, 78!! She just emailed me that she's home. She said she just got home a little while ago and hopes I had a good week. Uh, oh. I'm sorry I'm going to disappoint her. She said she will read all of my emails and we will talk about them on Wednesday. Her subject for the email was "Safe and sound". I LOVE my T!

I emailed back that I was sorry I didn't have such a good week, that I was depressed, and my parts missed her a lot. That I am afraid for her to read my emails but I know she won't judge me. That there is a lot to talk about. I said I wasn't obsessing about her because I know it's about ME.

I'm sort of crying. I don't know what's going to happen Wednesday. I feel like I'm going to fall apart. It's not about seeing her house. I'm just a mess, but I am SO glad she's back. I wrote her that too.

I've never had any relationship like this where I can say anything to someone and they don't criticize me and they give me what I want. I don't know if I can survive it.
Thanks for this!

I am so glad your T let you know she was home all safe and sound :-)
It will be OK. Just hold onto knowing you have something real with your T that is healthy.
