i have a real bad cold and i feel miserable and i am thinking i am not going to make it to therapy tomorrow.god being sick is triggering enough to me and i think i will have to miss therapy do to it grrr.i hate me

rain i dont know i could go on wednsday because i have no work but i have never accepted a makeup sesson so T stopped asking and i dont think she does makeup if i cancell but i really dont know
