These small changes improve your quality of life and boost self esteem. I wanted to share this info because we all deserve that!

Practice these tips and soon enough it will become second nature and you WILL be a happier person!

* "Life is to be enjoyed, not endured!"

* Let go of guilt and regrets. They are useless emotions.

* yesterdays gone and tomorrow's not promised so live each day the best you can.

* It could always be worse!be grateful.

* Treat yourself, you deserve it!

* Take stressful times minute by minute.

* YOU come first. Make yourself happy then relationships should add to it, not be the only reason for happiness.

* Live your dreams, you can do anything you want if you work hard enough, and the payoff is amazing!

* Be strong. Don't let anything or anyone beat you down.

* Go with your gut feeling, it's there for a reason!

* Keep moving with lifes changes, it might be scary but trying to hold on to the past is worse.

* Be the best person you can be. It feels great to let go of negativity! Always let it go and be positive & hopeful.

* REALLY treat others as you want to be treated!

* Make changes in your life if they make you unhappy...keep moving!

* Surround yourself with people that love you for you, flaws and all.

* Slow down and enjoy the little things.

* Anger and sadness are inevitable human emotions so find a healthy outlet to deal with the issue, then release it.

* You only live once so just do it! ask that person for their # or ask for a raise. What do you really have to lose? no is not a big deal just move right along!

* Cut out all the negativity out of your life, even if it's family. If its impossible don't let it affect you ignore it.

* YOU choose how you feel. You can't be or feel responsible for others issues.be there for people but keep your mind on the up & up.

(example: if your boss is an *** that's HIS problem, not YOURS. he has every right to choose how he feels and if its angry it's not your problem!)

* Sometimes the hardest decisions like say to end an unhappy relationship but are afraid too, will make you stronger and open new doors for happy ones

* Set boundaries with people, say no with no guilt or no excuses if you have too.

Hope this helps! this advise changed my life for the better so enjoy your long, HAPPY life!

Its a basic human right to be unhappy, thats not something one has to rid themselves off, why should they? Reading that list made me feel like I'd gotten sick on opening to many chinese fortune cookies, moi? I f**king love being unhappy sometimes, it makes me happy, now lets all go and get our teeth whitened and life will be picture perfect

rofl Melba....tell us how you really feel!

I appreciate the thought behind taking the time to write this list, but simple colloquialisms don't change your inner being. That takes gut wrenching work and allowing yourself to feel unhappy, angry, hurt, negative...etc. Sometimes life just sux, and no amount of wishing or well meaning phrases are going to change that.

Just want to say that Yes we do all have a right how to feel etc as 2 previous people have said but also what Kileyb has put on gives people who like me need to be lifted, the words to lighten their load in life, I typed it out & have given it to people who need that lift too, mine is sitting in front of me now & I say it to myself every day, only 1 person has said that they don't agree with some of the words, if it helps most don't knock it.
