I mean it wasnt a full hug more of like one of those side hug things. but still it was a hug.
 She didnt seem like the hugging type shes always so professional. I'm worried it might have been my only hug. I want to express to her how much it meant to me in a safe way but I don't know how. I really need more hugs.

I'm glad you got a hug!! Why do you think it will be your only hug? Can you just take a deep breath and tell her how much it meant to you? Or, how about a phone message or email instead?
