I've been wondering about this for several days. There's good news from therapy. It is possible that some people here would be bouyed by such news and feel that there's another reason for hope. But so many people here are so mired in bad news or slow or nonexistent progress, that I don't know whether to post about it (and potentially be seen as boasting and/or showing off or throwing it in less lucky people's faces) or just keep it to myself. Your opinions, please! Take care.

it's nice that you care, but at the same time, some of those people can choose to be in a good mood, sometimes wheather we know it or not we like to stay in our depression and just look at the negetives, we can shoose to have a different outlook! (now don't go posting hate nesseges to me i'm not saying everyone is this way)

Post away Ygrec23 if someone can't handle what you have to say than they can choose to not sit and dwell about it!

I WAnt to hear a lot of good news as much as i can!

Okay, good people! After reading your responses I decided that I would post. If you'd like to see it it's Post No. 1 in a new thread, "The Good News" in the Psychotherapy Forum. I hope I'm doing right. Take care.
