she sounded really, really sick the last time I talked to her. She was actually returning a message I left, and sounded so sick on my voice mail that I didn't call her back, just texted her and told her I was ok and to get some rest.
Today I tried to call her, and she didn't answer. It just rang and rang, no voice mail, nothing. I'm suddenly really worried about her, imagining the worst and making up all kinds of stories in my head. Between not knowing if she is sick and the fact that there is some significant flooding going on between where I live and where Ts office is, I don't even know if I am having therapy tomorrow or what. __________________ She left pieces of her life behind her everywhere she went.

I can understand why you'd be worried!
 I hope all is OK with your T, and most likely, it is.....I hope you can have your app't.

I texted T this morning to make sure we're still on for today. She replied "yup" so I guess all is well. Back to my regularly scheduled pre-therapy anxiety, then.
 rainbow, thanks for asking. wow, last night was hard. But other than that, this week was much better than the week before. I barely spent any time locked in the bathroom crying, lol. It's an adjustment, and bound to have some hard moments, but it feels right to me to have my kids under my roof and I think it feels right to them, too. I am happy to find that living with them hasn't thrown me back into the state I was in when we last lived together. I am still me. I have still grown and changed. And healed. I'm not back to who I was and where I was. I can still breathe. __________________ She left pieces of her life behind her everywhere she went.
