I am going through some trauma work in therapy right now. I just, for some weird reason, wanted to post here that I am in great emotional pain right now. I am managing it. I don't even know what anyone can say. Nothing will make it better but time and more work.
It just hurts. |

![]() Yes, it hurts. A lot. I wish it wasn't so hard, and you are so brave to be doing the work - the work that I avoid doing most of the time and can only do in tiny, tiny doses. They say that the only way out is through....and that once you're through, it's a glorious place to be where the trauma doesn't affect you the way it did before. I hear that, and it is tempting, but still scares me. Please be kind to yourself and reach out for the support you need. PC is a great place for that.
