SO, I'm going on vacation tomorrow with my family. I will be gone from Sunday until Saturday. We are really excited about the vacation
 The boys are REALLY excited.Tonight, I'm having this little bit of "T-Panic". Like I just need to connect with him one more time before I go. I *know* once I get there, I'll be fine. But right now, I just need to touch base or something. I tried to sit with it, but I finally e-mailed him (actually, I stopped writing in the middle of this post, e-mailed him, and came back). I feel so needy. Usually I'm okay with being the World's Neediest Client, but right now, I feel a little bad. Oh well. I just hope he gets it and e-mails me back.

It's self-care to ask for help. You did a little exercise, you sat with the feeling, then reached out. Sounds like good work to me.
So glad you are able to get away on a vacay. Have fun!
