I am so sorry. It would devastate me if my T said something like that. Don't they get how we just want to feel cared about, connected, loved? Again so sorry that she said that to you.

That T sounds about as bright as mine is.. And that's not exactly a good thing.
Why exactly would a therapist ''forbid'' someone from doing a random/ordinairy expression of care for another person, or recieving one? |

 I can't express what it means to my heart right now. She does have good reasoning, and yet it is hurting so much, because even though I understand it, it feels so unfair......but life is not always fair in the way I want it to be, I know this much!I'll open a new thread to explain this..... |
