I usually go once a week and it is getting to be a long time. I was doing well to begin with but am feeling cruddy again. I don't like this

Same. Mine is away due to school holidays and I won't see her until 2nd week of July.
I've got too much going on between now and then and I'm starting to unravel a bit now.

Cruddy is just... sad, and lifeless. I starting taking a new med a week ago, so that could have something to do with it. Of course I can't find much info about it because it is a newly approved by the fda med
