My T is away this week. I wouldn't see her this week anyway because of money issues. And I totally think that she deserves her vacation and am glad that she is taking care of herself. However, I wish that she wasn't gone. I wish that I didn't feel so alone. I wish this stuff wasn't so hard.
Thanks for this!

awww googley, please know you are not alone. Many of us know this feeling . I am currently worried about my T announcing she is going on vaccation as she did so for 3 weeks this time last year.

The best things to do is usually to stay busy or plan a small activity for each day and also maybe focus on something that you can bring to your next session, that way you still feel connected to therapy this week.

**massive hugs**

I haven't seen my t for nearly two weeks and still have another week after this one to go.
I was doing ok until the last few days where I have unravelled substantially

I'm going to spend a crapload of money tomorrow to make me feel better.
Thanks for this!
