I wonder if you can write out a list of whatever comes up - maybe it's just the panic feeling that comes up when asked to complete the task. That's definitely a topic to talk about. But also, if T can make a list of what she feels may be going on? So that if you freeze up, she has some things to fall back on?

Yeah, just write "I'm scared" or "panicked". It is hard to face our feelings granite.
