The first T I saw was just so I was able to deal with my dad's death. But I feel like he is to blame because he opened up a can of words from my past. This has led to me having to deal with a lot of things that I have never needed to deal with.

Lonely, it must feel uncomfortable and hard to deal with the open can of worms on the heels of handling your dad's death. Like how much can you be expected to deal with??? Timing. I know what I went thru when my mom died and how long it took to mourn.

Of course you know these things were going to jump up and bite you in the butt SOMETIME. So you know that first T is not really to blame, as they say, don't shoot the messenger. It's just the older you get, the more life sux. Until you reach a point where you kinda stop caring, then it starts being fun again. HANG IN THERE! Seriously, how can we help you? We're listening.
