My anxiety level is SO high, even with klonopin. This is when I want to take all of the klonopin in the world, but I know I can't. And of course it's the middle of the night, so even if I did reach out to T, he wouldn't be there.
I am sick of anxiety. That's all. |

Repressed feelings do cause anxiety. You will get them out eventually.

I found after awhile that the klonopin was actually INCREASING my anxiety. There is a workbook called "Beating the Panic Trick" by Dr. David Carbonell. It helped me a LOT. I strongly suggest it.
