Hi,

anxiety is returning to me.depression too, and the unhappiness and hopelessness is becoming more of a major problem.I have tried cog therapy, and meds, nothing lasts.......i wish i could check myself in somewhere and get serious help..........anybody there?

anxiety and depression and in me so deep........i want to permanently cure this.I can't do it anymore.......i have had therapy, meds......it doesn't last i always fall back in.......i wish i could go to a treatment center.....anybody there?

We are here to listen if you need us to listen. But nothing online can take the place of therapy. I urge you to continue to reach out and contact local resources in your area to link to a therapist who can help you the way you need to be helped, or locate higher level of care if needed.

i am here. i am listening. have you tried other types of therapy? maybe cognitive therapy isn't for you?

I'm here too. Are there any other meds you could try? I know it's easy to make suggestions and so hard when you're spiralling down to take them on board. What about other types of therapy like Rainbow Rose said. Keep posting on here. There's always someone here.

I'm sorry you are feeling bad. I know how it feels to just want to be "normal" for an extended period of time. Hang in there, keep posting here. there are alot of great people here with lots of grea ideas and support.

Hi gingko, I'm just checking in... how are you today? Can you keep posting on here? I would really like to get a post from you again if you're up to it--just to stay in touch with what's going on. If things feel really bad, sometimes it IS a good idea to check yourself in somewhere, just so you have a place to crash at first and then get a little more grounded and just to be safe. Keep us updated.
