Soo...I havent heard from my T-if he is going to take me back or not....I'm so nervous-my stomach has been hurting soo bad! I took some extra anxiety Meds this morn and some pepto...I'm also so nervous fort first pdoc visit--it's the assessment today...ugg! I'm going to be exhausted tonight after all this stress : (
Anyone wanna jump in my pocket for my pdoc appt?

Thanks pocket riders!!! It went okay...I like him as a pdoc..not as a therapist though...which is okay because I heard back from T that he would be happy to continue working with me!!! I'm so relieved! Pdoc doesn't think I have bipolar...just borderline-so I'm going off Meds (unless something changes) but I like him-and he will be in communication with T...which i like!!!
