Hey all gonna keep this short. Just got home tonight from inpatient hospitalization and to be honest I'm a little bit scared. I am shaking worse than anything that vibrates. Just need a little support...

Did you learn any coping skills either specifically for when you were done with the treatment or for when you were feeling scared?
Thanks for this!

Being inpatient at the psych hospital can be very frightening and stressful, indeed. I hope you found it to be beneficial overall. Welcome back!
Thanks for this!

Coming home from the hospital can be a shock. It will pass. Hang in there.

That's exactly what I was going to say to you. I find myself shaky and really insecure when I first get out of the hospital. It does get better after a few days, but it sounds like you know that. I think some it has to do with having all need to make decisions taken over for you when you are in the hospital, but having to suddenly feel that responsibility again is a bit anxiety making.
Thanks for this!
