Hey there wonderful PC gang
 I am here at work. I had a very bad night with flashback stuff I have to EMDR today. Staying grounded with my tools my T helped me find. But man, I am shaking all over and have a major issue I am still working on from work yesterday that the managers were working on all night. Plus have to attend a customer facing event today where those impacted by the major thing will be there. Basically like walking into a pack of wolves. We didn't know this was going to break right before this planned event. And I can't get out of going without walking off the job, which I won't do because I need the job so I can get therapy and heal from the bad stuff. But wow. My dissociation is really fighting with me and I have to be grounded to do the EMDR. But I have to do EMDR to fix what is messing me up so big right now. Bottom line is I am asking for support and need it right now. This one thing is the very root of major stuff. Ugggg. Thank you so much!
